This website is being developed.  We will provide more information in the future.

We can provide your restaurant with either fresh frozen, tender aged, or depending upon locality,  freshly slaughtered Wagyu beef.  At the present time, we are limiting our service to Missouri.

Some restaurants prefer selected primal cuts.  One customer prefers to buy a an entire animal divided into primal cuts, and  then creates speciality dishes.  Whatever your preference, we will try to meet your needs.

If you are interested please call or send us an email informing us of your needs and location.  We will be very happy to supply you with meat samples for your dining pleasure, and to discuss mutual opportunities.
